Greek Mason Jar Salad


1 quart size wide mouth mason jar

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 mini cucumbers, sliced

3 Tbsp. pitted greek olives, sliced or chopped

2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup chopped or shredded rotisserie chicken

1 cups chopped spinach or mixed greens


  1. Layer all the ingredients into a mason jar. Start with the oil and vinegar, then the tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cheese, chicken, and end with the greens.
  2. Put the mason jar top on and store in refrigerator.
  3. When ready to eat, pour into a bowl and serve.

Makes 1 salad.
