Berry Light Smoothie


  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based alternative)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or skim milk)
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to desired consistency, adding water for a thinner shake.

Makes 1 serving.
