Healthified Bagel Bites
5 100% whole wheat mini bagels, halved
1 cup low sugar pizza sauce
1 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
5 ounces’ Canadian bacon, diced
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
- Place the bagels down on the prepared baking dish, face side up.
- Top each with about 1 1/2- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese over the tomato sauce, dividing evenly among the bagels.
- Top each ‘pizza’ with roughly ½ an ounce of Canadian bacon.
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
