Lightened-Up Coleslaw


¼ cup Greek yogurt

3 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon natural sweetener of choice

14-oz bag classic coleslaw mix

3 green onions, thinly sliced


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, vinegar and stevia until well combined.
  2. Add the bagged coleslaw mix and green onions to the dressing and toss to evenly coat; serve chilled.
