Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl


Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon nonfat Greek yogurt (optional)


  • ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons dry oats or low sugar granola
  • 1 tablespoon nuts or seeds of choice


  1. Blend together the almond milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, and nonfat Greek yogurt (optional) until smooth.
  1. Pour your smoothie base in a small bowl and top off as you like! Dig in immediately.
