Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding


1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup milk (almond, coconut, skim)

1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1 packet natural sweetener


  1. Stir everything together. Add your preferred sweetener to taste.
  2. Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or more
  3. Top with berries, nuts, fresh fruit, or your other favorite toppings when ready to eat.
