Coconut Cauliflower Mash


3 cups roughly chopped cauliflower

¼ cup cashews, crushed

¼ cup milk (almond, coconut, cow’s)

A pinch of salt, pepper, and cinnamon


  1. Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and cover with a tight-fitting lid.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes and then remove from heat.
  3. Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth, adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time if necessary to get the mixture moving.
