Take an assessment and decide where you DON’t want to be. Then do something about it!
We are taught to see where you want to go or want to be in life and use that to guide you up the path of success.
How about looking at where you don’t want to be instead?
That can be an incentive to make the actions that will take your further away from the state you dread to be in.
No one wants to have limitations in their health or life period.
In order to bypass the possibility, think opposite and work that direction.
Make a list of where you want to go, or who don’t want to be. Then make a list of what it take to achieve that.
Then achieve it!
