Physique Friendly PB&J Sandwiches
2 ounces fat free Greek yogurt
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons PB2 or nut butter (Almond, peanut, cashew, etc.)
3 Tbsp. low sugar jelly (Whatever flavor you want)
2 slices HIGH FIBER, LOW-CALORIE bread
- Take out a bowl and mix together your Greek yogurt, protein powder, and nut butter until creamy.
- Spread your mix onto one piece of bread, and put the jelly onto the other piece of bread.
- Close your sandwich.
