 Physique Friendly PB&J Sandwiches


2 ounces fat free Greek yogurt

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons PB2 or nut butter (Almond, peanut, cashew, etc.)

3 Tbsp. low sugar jelly (Whatever flavor you want)

2 slices HIGH FIBER, LOW-CALORIE bread


  1. Take out a bowl and mix together your Greek yogurt, protein powder, and nut butter until creamy.
  2. Spread your mix onto one piece of bread, and put the jelly onto the other piece of bread.
  3. Close your sandwich.
