The Hulk Smoothie


½ medium banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

¾ cup milk (coconut, almond, cow’s milk)

2 handfuls fresh baby spinach

2-3 ice cubes

1 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until texture is smooth!

(Adjust amounts of ice and liquid to get desired consistency. For a thicker shake, add more ice or use less milk. For a thinner shake, use less ice or add more milk or water)
