Sunrise Smoothie


1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 orange, peeled and segmented

5 oz. plain Greek Yogurt

1 packet low-calorie sweetener

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup ice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender then blend until smooth.

(Adjust amounts of ice and water to get desired consistency. For a thicker shake, add more ice or use less water. For a thinner shake, use less ice or more water)
