How can you set goals if you haven’t stopped to see what it would look like and what it would take??
We always talk about changing our lives and changing our bodies. But we fail to se what does that look like (the process of changing). We all have the tendency to look at the END goal without laying out how to get there. Before starting your road to change, create a plan to get a better direction and pace as to how to get there.
We all need a plan to see what we are getting ourselves into so we be better prepared and feel more confident that we can get there. See your goal 1st, plan it out, then move for it!
