If the rope is slipping…what do you do? Hold on or let go??
We’ve all had that form of loss of control. We start off with a hard grip and began loosing strength the longer we hold on. What we don’t see is that the rope may actually ease up, or moreso we are getting stronger which makes it easier to hold on to. When we feel we are loosing control of our food choices it is in that moment you have to decide of you are going to hold on and get stronger or let go…again
You will never know how strong you really are until you challenge yourself to not let go of the rope and recognize the harder you hold it, the stronger you are, and the easier it gets!
