Where is your target?? How big is it or how far away is it – have you done your research?
When you have decided to aim for a goal the 1st thing you should ask yourself “Is this target narrow or wide spread?”
Do you want to loose 3% body-fat or loose 55lbs to get be able to move comfortably?
Do you want to start incorporating more vegetables in your food or go cold turkey on ALL sweets?
Before you move forward in any endeavor take a moment to understand what it really takes to meet that goal. Then be completely honest with yourself and decide if you can bring in a few changes to make sure your aim is realistic and attainable.
Make adjustments to your aim so you can ensure that you hit the target…bulls-eye!
