Berry Light Smoothie Ingredients  1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based alternative) 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk (or skim milk) 1 cup ice Directions Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to desired consistency, adding water for a thinner shake.
