Turkey Sandwich Roll Ups
- 2 oz. lean deli turkey
- 1 part-skim mozzarella cheese stick
- 1 handful spinach or mixed greens
- Lay out the turkey meat and top with the spinach or mixed greens.
- In the center of the meat, place the cheese stick.
- Roll the turkey into a roll-up (use a toothpick if needed to hold together).
Makes 1 serving.
